Skate footage
I don't know much about skateboarding and I know even less about how to actually do it. What I do know is that this video, shot at 120fps (frames per second), is really cool. I never really understood the dynamics and physics of what made the board elevate and spin in the air the way it does until I saw this. It makes more sense now and it is infinitely more impressive to me that humans can actually do this stuff let alone attempt it. Crazy.

I like "thanks to a shipping error, I am currently overstocked..."
I wonder how many times that guy had to try that voice over before he finally nailed it. It's hard enough trying to type that title let alone trying to say it 12 thousand times in 40 seconds like he does. Colour me impressed.

Lightning BOLT!!!!
The guy with the lightning bolts is pretty intense...and clearly very impressive. I wonder how one can get involved with such an event. I bet it's pretty exclusive and private. Oh well. Maybe some day.
I also wonder how people wind up down this sort of path in life. It's a marvel of human nature. Some people are just dorks but some people, like these guys, are just really really naturally cool.

Tim Nolan
These are pretty amazing feats. I wish they would tell you how many attempts he makes for each shot. There is one crazy one shot at 1:36 where he genuinely shows some emotion. You can tell he tried that one about 3 and a half billion times and finally got it. The rebounding lady at the bottom was just relieved that she is finally relieved of her rebounding duties. How sweet is that gym for shit like that. It's like it was meant for wacky bounces.
