A little background is in order. In this episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm Larry and some of his colleagues become co-owners of a new restaurant. This is the opening night. Everything goes smoothly, that is, until the head chef's turrets kicks in. A crafty Larry comes up with a pretty crafty solution to an otherwise disastrous situation.
